Sigil Nourishment Crystal
A sigil inspired by the chaos magic techniques of Austin Osman Spare forms the basis for the preparation of spiritual nourishment crystals. Stylised letters act as a grid upon which to place the crystal while calling down etheric light and invoking the colours of the rainbow. Several sigils need to be drawn in order to bring about progressive clearance before the right sigil appears, the one that will assist the process of channelling the invoked energies into the crystal.
Use the positive input from these crystals for your own spiritual nourishment, or alternatively, as a means of dealing with problematical energy encounters, distancing them from you in ways which are healthy, thus avoiding friction and conflict. Hand one of the crystals to a person in distress and let them receive energy that is nourishing to the spirit. I keep one beside me when doing readings, and sometimes find myself intuitively giving it to the querent to hold. Afterwards, I pass it through the colours of the rainbow in order to clear it for the next person who will benefit from its positive vibrations.
